Day 5 to 10

We will enter the famous Kruger National Park via The Pafuri Gate, which is only 5.5km away.We will be heading to Crooks Corner, the meeting place of three countries – South Africa, Mozambique and Zimbabwe, named after a time long ago in history when ivory poachers, gun-runners and other suspicious characters who had chosen the free life of adventurers and fugitives called the area home. We will spend six days at various camps and expect to see a variety of grazers and browsers, as well as predators such as lion, leopard and spotted hyena. Other animals such as elephants, baboons, vervet monkeys, tree squirrels and cheetah can also be seen in the area, and the rare large antelope species such as roan, sable, tsessebe, eland and Lichtenstein's hartebeest can often be spotted.
